Upon arrival at Kawthaung Airport in Myanmar or Ranong Airport in Thailand, you will be welcome by your guide and transferred to your hotel in Kawthaung. The remainder of today is at your leisure to relax and enjoy the tranquil rhythms of this sleepy fishing town.

Overnight in Kawthaung.

After clearing immigration this morning, board your boat at Kawthaung Port and set off for three days at sea. Today you will make your way among the islands and clear waters to 115 Island and Nyaung Wee Island. There are opportunities for snorkeling, kayaking and walks around the islands or simply relax on the deck of the boat. Lunch and dinner will be served on board and you will moor near Nyaung Wee Island for this evening.

Awake for an early morning swim near the beaches of 115 island followed by a transfer by long-tail motorized boat for shore visit at Nyaung Wee Island. Take a trek through the island's thick tropical forest then return to the boat. This afternoon cruise

to Ma Gyong Galet village where you will have the unique opportunity to observe the traditions, cultures and lifestyles of the 'Moken' or Sea Gypsy people.

Overnight onboard near River No.1 of Lampi Island.

Your day begins with breakfast on board followed by a spectacular kayaking trip along River No. 1 on Lampi Island. Paddling along, you will be surrounded by spectacular virgin forest and the pristine flora and fauna that fill the island's interior. Return to the boat for a cruise to Nga Mann Island for more swimming and snorkeling in the tranquil waters. This evening a special beachside barbeque will be served along with a bonfire to celebrate your last night at sea.

Overnight onboard.

After breakfast, this morning cruise back to Kawthaung. Relax on board as the boat winds its way through the islands, stopping at Myauk Ni to explore the white sandy beaches of this small, idyllic island. Reach Kawthaung Jetty in the late Myauk Ni Island

afternoon where you will be assisted with the check point formalities and transferred back to your hotel.

Overnight in Kawthaung.

After breakfast, enjoy your day leisure in the morning. There are several small temples and a local market to explore in town. Then transfer to the airport for your flight to Yangon (OR) transfer to the jetty to cross the Pakchan River to Ranong in Thailand for travel onwards to Phuket.

Check-in Time
Boarding begins at the Gawein Jetty at 12.00 hrs. (RV Paukan 12.30 hrs). Enjoy a welcome cocktail in the Saloon/
Upstream to Mingun
Lunch will be served at 13.00.
Today’s sailing time is about 2 hours. Upon reaching Mingun, the boat’s English speaking manager (or your private guide) will assist you during your visit of the Mingun Pagoda Complex. This huge brick structure was left unfinished after an astrologer predicted the King’s would die should the temple be completed. In the 1800s, an earthquake left several large cracks in the structure.
After your visit return to the boat. Dinner is served onboard and afterwards guests will enjoy a traditional dance and drama performance by the Mandalay Arts School on the sundeck (if available).

Mingun – Sagaing – River Village
Downstream to Sagaing
Early this morning, the boat resumes its cruise downstream. During the 2 hours journey relax on the sundeck and admire the natural beauty of the river and the scenes of riverside life. Enjoy watching the sun rise over Sagaing Hill.
Visit Sagaing
After breakfast passengers can go ashore to visit Sagaing with the assistance of our Ship Manager or their own guide. Covered with 600 white-painted pagodas and monasteries, Sagaing Hill is widely regarded as the religious center of Myanmar and is home to 3,000 monks and 100 meditation centers. Cruising from Mandalay to Bagan

Downstream to Bagan
Return to the boat and continue the journey down to Bagan. The boat will leave from Sagaing at 11.15.
Lunch will be served at 13.00. Late this afternoon stop at Yandabo, a village which specializes in traditional pot-making and is where the peace treaty of the First Anglo-Burmese war was signed on Feb. 24, 1826. Continue cruising all day before reaching your mooring location for the evening.

Early this morning the boat casts off and continues downriver to Bagan. After breakfast (if time permits) visit another typical river village.
Check-Out Time
Enjoy the sunrise near Bagan. Passengers will disembark at Aye Yar jetty around 10.15 hrs.
